Your Questions Answered

Is a SIM card included? Which network does it work on?
The Voyager comes without a SIM. The router is unlocked, so you can use any UK network's data SIM, including EE, Vodafone, O2, Three or any provider running on those networks. We don't include one because the best plan depends on where you travel and how much you stream. You pick the SIM that fits how you use it.

Will it work where I'm going?
The router uses 5G where it's available and falls back to 4G automatically when it isn't. That covers the vast majority of UK campsites and stopovers. If you go properly remote (parts of the Highlands, deep mid-Wales, some of the Cornish coast) you'll be on 4G or occasionally nothing at all, same as your phone.

Is there a monthly fee from Cello?
No subscription, no Cello account, no contract. You pay once for the TV, then add a SIM from any UK provider on whatever data plan suits you.

What's in the box and how do I set it up?
You get the TV, both the 12V and 240V power cables, the remote and the stand fittings. Setup is straightforward: connect to your leisure battery via the 12V cable or to mains via the 240V cable, slot your data SIM into the router on the back, and switch on. The router and TV are one unit, so there's nothing extra to wire up or pair. Comes with a step by step setup guide and an expereinced team on the end of the phone if you prefer.
