No power / Stuck on Standby
- On our televisions they maybe a Rocker Switch on the base of the cabinet on the right side make sure this is on the 1 and not 0.
- Check the fuse in the plug.
- Is it plugged directly into the wall and power switched on.
- Is the extension cable working.
- If on 12volt is the Leisure battery supplying enough power.
- Check Remote batteries are working.
- Try buttons on the side of the set.
- On the 14” television this has a power switch on the side of the set below power input.
- If the 14” wont switch has the internal battery got enough power? Try plugging in to charge.

- Is the power light on green.
- Are you on the correct source ie DTV/DVBT/Antenna/Satellite.
- Is the aerial plugged in and tuned to correct input.
- If on an external device is this switch on.
- Dark screen check your brightness is not too low.
- Press a menu button and see if it displays a picture.
- Make sure your aerial is pointing correct direction for transmitter.
- If on Satellite you need Astra 2 which is 28.2degrees East.

- Is the Mute button on the remote off.
- Are the external devices connected correctly.
- Is the set on the correct input.
- If sound-bar attached make sure that the set is on PCM.
- Are you in the correct sound option for TV speakers only, is it coming trying to connect to external device.
- Press Volume key does the display show it is increasing and decreasing.
- The only television we have that works on Dolby sound is out WebOs television.

- Picture in squares breaking up, check that the aerial is connected correctly and do a retune.
- Why‘s the picture all snowy, check you are on correct input ie DTV/DVBT.
- Why is my picture dark, go into menu and adjust your Brightness, Contrast etc.
- Why has my picture got lines all over, this could be a screen issue or the set has had an impact causing damage.
- Why do I have Pink picture on Firestick. You need to change the settings on the Firestick go to settings
- Picture dynamic, adaptive and change to HD or 2160p.

- Won’t change channel, make sure the batteries are working, and no buttons stuck in.
- Check if the infa red light flashes on the TV when buttons pressed.
- Use a camera and point remote at the lens press a button you should see a flash on the screen.
- Make sure the batteries are in the correct way round and the back is securely fitted.
