Shipping policy

Standard delivery service

All TVs up to and including 65 inches are eligible for free next-day delivery if ordered by 1.30pm, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. 

For TVs larger than 65 inches, delivery is free and will be made within 5-7 working days.

All other non-TV products, unless ordered together with a TV, are shipped free of charge via 48-hour tracked delivery.

At checkout, other delivery options will be present if they are available.

On receipt of delivery please fully check that there is no damage to your product. If any damage has occurred, this needs to be reported to us within 72hrs of delivery so we can arrange to uplift and replace the damaged items.

Please note as we get closer to Christmas our couriers are experiencing a higher volume in parcels, please be patient with us as we try to get your TV to you as quickly as possible.

If your TV has taken longer than expected please contact us with your tracking reference so we can look into it for you.
