Returns Policy

We provide a 14 day no-quibble cancellation and returns policy for goods bought on celloelectronics.com. Should you wish to return any product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Goods Collection Notification Reference (GCN) and instructions for return. Note that for an item to be accepted for collection and credit, it must be in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you a reasonable cost if the product is not returned in accordance with these requirements.

After the 14 day period, we will not be able to accept a return, unless the television develops a fault and it comes back for a repair under the terms of the warranty.

We will charge £9.99 when a TV is returned for refund. The fee will be deducted from the refund once the TV has been received at our address.

If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us. TVs can either be returned to us via Royal Mail or we can have the TV picked up by DHL one weekday.

Collections are only done Monday – Friday between the hours of 8-6 and we can’t give a specific time for the collection.
Please have the TV and all accessories packed in the box ready for collection. Please ensure all accessories are at the back of the TV so as not to damage the screen in transition. If accessories are packed wrong and cause damage to the screen a deduction from your refund may be made.
So long as the products are returned in an ‘as new’ condition, we will endeavour to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any outbound delivery charges no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the returned item(s).

Once a refund is made to your original payment account, we will send you out an email to advise you of this. Please note that whilst celloelectronics.com will have processed your refund, your card issuer or bank may take a few days to process the credit to your account. Please note that we do not refund any returned delivery costs under our cancellation and returns policy.
