Delivery and Returns Policy

Christmas Delivery

Last order dates for pre-Christmas delivery; under 43″ – 22/12/22 over 43″ – 19/12/22

Normal delivery and collections of returns will resume on January 4th 2023.

Please bare with us and our couriers during this busy period. We are contactable on consumersupport@celloelectronics.com throughout the Christmas period.

Standard delivery service

We offer a FREE delivery service on all 16″ – 43″ TV’s in 1-2 days if ordered before 2.30pm Mon- Fri. This excludes Highlands & Northern Ireland and also to Isles.
TV’s 50″ and above will be delivered FREE on a 3-5 working day service. This excludes Highlands & Northern Ireland and also to Isles.

All Our Accessories are sent out First Class with Royal Mail.

On receipt of delivery please fully check that there is no damage to your product. If any damage has occurred, this needs to be reported to us within 72hrs of delivery so we can arrange to uplift and replace the damaged items.

Please note as we get closer to Christmas our couriers are experiencing a higher volume in parcels, please be patient with us as we try to get your TV to you as quickly as possible.

If your TV has taken longer than expected please contact us with your tracking reference so we can look into it for you.

Returns Policy

We provide a 14 day no-quibble cancellation and returns policy for goods bought on celloelectronics.com. Should you wish to return any product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Goods Collection Notification Reference (GCN) and instructions for return. Note that for an item to be accepted for collection and credit, it must be in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you a reasonable cost if the product is not returned in accordance with these requirements.

After the 14 day period, we will not be able to accept a return, unless the television develops a fault and it comes back for a repair under the terms of the warranty.

If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us. TVs can either be returned to us via Royal Mail or we can have the TV picked up by DHL one weekday.

Collections are only done Monday – Friday between the hours of 8-6 and we can’t give a specific time for the collection.
Please have the TV and all accessories packed in the box ready for collection. Please ensure all accessories are at the back of the TV so as not to damage the screen in transition. If accessories are packed wrong and cause damage to the screen a deduction from your refund may be made.
So long as the products are returned in an ‘as new’ condition, we will endeavour to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any outbound delivery charges no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the returned item(s).

Once a refund is made to your original payment account, we will send you out an email to advise you of this. Please note that whilst celloelectronics.com will have processed your refund, your card issuer or bank may take a few days to process the credit to your account. Please note that we do not refund any returned delivery costs under our cancellation and returns policy.
