Delivery

All orders are delivered free. Here's what to expect by product.

Televisions

TVs up to and including 65 inches are sent free on a next-day service with DHL.

TVs over 65 inches are delivered free within 5 to 7 working days.

Outdoor TVs are delivered free by BJS within 5 to 7 working days, and BJS will contact you to agree a delivery date before they deliver.

Kitchen appliances

Large air fryers and microwaves are sent free on next-day delivery with DHL.

Small air fryers, kettles and soda makers are sent free on a 48-hour tracked service with Royal Mail.

Soundbars and DVD players

Soundbars are sent free on next-day delivery with DHL.

DVD players are sent free on a 48-hour tracked service with Royal Mail.

Bundles

Bundles are sent free on next-day delivery with DHL.

Next-day cut-off and delivery days

Order by 1.30pm on a working day and your next-day items ship the same day for delivery the next working day. Order after 1.30pm and they ship the next working day. We don't deliver at weekends, so an order placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders with more than one item

If your order includes items that ship on different services, they'll be sent separately and may arrive on different days.

Damaged items

Please check your order fully when it arrives. If anything is damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we'll arrange to collect and replace the affected items.

Delays

If your delivery is taking longer than expected, contact us with your tracking reference and we'll look into it.
