99% of consumer issues relating to a new LED television can be simply resolved over the phone: however. if the problem cannot be fixed over the phone. depending on where you purchased the TV, we will endeavour to have it collected, repaired and returned.

16″ TV Software

Download the required software for your 16″ TV.

1. Unplug TV completely
2. Insert USB into TV
3. Plug TV back in, DO NOT press any buttons on TV or remote
4. The LED light on front of TV will flash slowly
5. Once LED starts to flash quickly remove USB and unplug TV
6. Plug back in

Netflix Updates

Download the latest Netflix updates for your Cello Smart TV.

1. Insert USB into TV
2. Press SMART on remote
3. Select the USB stick the file is on
4. Click on Netflix APK file
5. Open with package installer – just once
6. Click on install
7. Open and login into Netflix
