We offer a FREE delivery service on all 16" - 43" TV's in 1-2 days if ordered before 1pm Mon- Fri. This excludes Highlands & Northern Ireland and also to Isles. TV?s 50? and above will be delivered FREE on a 3-5 working day service. This excludes Highlands & Northern Ireland and also to Isles.
All Our Accessories are sent out First Class with Royal Mail.
On receipt of delivery please fully check that there is no damage to your product. If any damage has occurred, this needs to be reported to us within 72hrs of delivery so we can arrange to uplift and replace the damaged items.
Please note as we get closer to Christmas our couriers are experiencing a higher volume in parcels, please be patient with us as we try to get your TV to you as quickly as possible.
If your TV has taken longer than expected please contact us with your tracking reference so we can look into it for you.
